Swagat Rice Flour (1kg)

Swagat Rice Flour is made from finely ground polished broken rice and is therefore whiter than most flours, however it cannot be generally be used for baking in the same way as wheat flour as it contains no gluten. Add it to the skin of roasting chicken to make it deliciously crispy. Rice flour can be used for Idlis, Dosas and is particularly useful for baking Indian puddings and biscuits.
