Idli Chilli Powder, also known as Milagai Podi or Molaga Podi, is a dry chutney powder that is commonly served with Idli and Dosa. It is made using Urad Dal (whole, without skin) and dried red chillies. Idli Chilli Powder can also be used as a substitute for chilli powder in curry dishes.
